Meet your trainer:

Jen has been working in equestrian sports & dog training for over 35 years.

“Everything I do is rooted in positivity and backed by research.”

With a background equally rich in equestrian sport and dog training, Jen has plenty of wisdom to draw from while helping pets and owners. After working with dog and cat rescues in Chicago, ASPCA Denver Dumb Friends League, and taken courses with the National Animal Cruelty Investigation School, she knows all too well that most shelter pets come with little to no training. She is passionate about helping these same animals remain in forever homes with happy and high-quality lives.

Jen believes that trust begins with consistency of behavior. Developing that trust on both sides of the relationship is the foundation that solidifies the parent/pet bond, leading to a higher quality of life for the whole family. Focusing on positive reward training to teach a pet to make the “right decision,” she helps owners teach and train with respect, kindness, and patience.

Jen also has a wellness business centered around keeping you and your furry friends happy and healthy.

Whether you have adopted a new shelter dog, have a new puppy, or just need to brush up on some skills or address a new behavior with an existing family member, you’re in good hands!
